Konover South, LLC is the owner of the 107,138-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in the Orlando suburb of Kissimmee at SR 535 and US 192. Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill, Burger King, Coast Dental, Gemstone Properties and Fuera de Serie are some of the tenants in the center.
