NEW YORK CITY-American Media's long awaited lease for 100,000 square feet at 4 New York Plaza has finally confirmed by Harbor Group International. As per the lease contract, American Media will occupy the second and fourth floors of the building.
The asking rent for the space is $32 per square foot. A team of brokers from CB Richard Ellis handled the transaction. Last month, the Harbor Group acquired 1412 Broadway from Murray Hill Properties for $152.5 million. For the full story, go to New York Post.
