NEW YORK CITY-An affiliate of MA Angeliades, a construction contractor based in Long Island City, has sold an empty parcel situated on Maiden Lane in Lower Manhattan for an amount of $41 million. The lot is located between Front and South streets, three blocks away from South Street Seaport.

The property, which contains nearly 250,000 square feet of buildable space, was previously utilized as a parking lot. LH Maiden Realty LLC sold the property to Maiden Lane Development LLC. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
