EVENT OVERVIEW:
Is the recovery gaining strength? What kind of year will 2011 be, and where will the opportunities lie? These questions and more will be answered by a panel of experts led by Jonathan Schein of NJ&Co. at NAIOP New Jersey's Annual Meeting and Real Estate Forecast. The January 26 event at the Short Hills Hilton, Short Hills, N.J., will feature Rutgers Economist Joe Seneca as Keynote Speaker.
Also on the evening's agenda are the election of 2011 NAIOP New Jersey officers and trustees, and announcement of the recipients of the 2011 Commercial Real Estate Awards, to be presented on May 12 at the Annual Gala. The winner of the Gala Design Competition and the winning design will also be announced.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and networking, followed by dinner and the program. Speakers are being finalized and will be announced shortly.
