ORLANDO-Orlando-based Sonata Senior Living is starting construction of a retirement community measuring 131,000 square feet in Melbourne. The $28 million development will create new jobs for up to 80 people in Brevard County.
The Sonata at Melbourne will include 54 assisted living apartments, 47 independent living apartments and 26 memory care suites for Alzheimer's patients. The new facility will open in January 2012. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
