NEW YORK CITY-Lou Switzer is relocating The Switzer Group from its 535 Fifth Ave. to 3 E. 54 St. The company has singed a lease for 10 years for 14,500 square feet at the building owned by Charles S. Cohen.
The Switzer Group will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building. The asking rent was in the low $50s per square foot.
