Other occupants in Zions Bank's 27,696-square-foot industrial building include Bose Inc., PowerTrip Inc. and BMW Transmissions. The buyers were represented by Mick Toller from Inland Pacific Commercial Properties, while the seller was represented by Christina Roush, Paul Lafrenz and Paul Komadina from CB Richard Ellis.
