FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-CB Richard Ellis has completed the sale of a freestanding building in Fort Lauderdale. The Bank of America office building measuring 4,385 square feet at 2406 SE 17th St. Causeway in Fort Lauderdale has been sold for an amount of $1.45 million to GJL Riviera LLC.
