POMPANO BEACH, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an apartment property in Pompano Beach. A local investor has sold Palm Islands Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 402 units at 401 NW 34th St., for $10.5 million or about $26,055 per unit or $37 per square foot.
