BALTIMORE-Under Armour Inc. has signed a contract to purchase the Tide Point business park situated in Locust Point for an amount of $60.5 million. The company, which is planning to close the deal within 90 days, did not disclose the future plans for the 14.6-acre property.
Under Armour is one of the tenants that has leased nearly 125,000 square feet in the 400,000-square-foot complex. The five-building complex is owned by Hull Point LLC. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
