MIAMI-Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been appointed to lease 396 Alhambra, an ongoing mixed-use development in the Coral Gables Business District. The 273,000-square-foot 396 Alhambra Office development comprises 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor and an eight-story parking lot.
The seven-story South Tower, which totals 87,000 square feet, will be ready in April 2011. The 15-story North Tower, which totals 156,000 square feet, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by Q4 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
