ANAHEIM, CA-Amsafe Inc. is relocating from Cerritos to an industrial building measuring 100,000 square feet in Anaheim. The company has inked a lease for five years with Anaheim-based DSA Properties to occupy space in the building located at 2220 E. Cerritos Ave.
The aircraft device repairer has leased the space for $3.3 million. Clyde Stauff with Colliers International as well as Seth Davenport and Mitchell Zehner with Voit Real Estate Services represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.
