ORLANDO-The Lake Eola Charter School has acquired an office building measuring 24,038 square feet at 135 N. Magnolia Ave. in the Downtown Orlando Central Business district. The school purchased the loft-style office building that has an 18,500-square-foot air conditioned space from 135 N. Magnolia, LLC for $2.1 million or about $114.00 per square foot.
