LOS ANGELES-Subway has leased a restaurant space measuring 1,175 square feet at Twin Oaks Shopping Center, a 98,399-square-foot mall in Agoura Hills. The shopping center, maintained by Regency Centers, is 94% leased with Subway's deal.
Other tenants, including Starbucks, Rite Aid, RadioShack, Ralphs and Wells Fargo Bank, also occupy space in the shopping center. Subway is planning to open the eatery in April.
