ORLANDO-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a 32,946-square-foot retail property in Orlando for an amount of $6.45 million. Metrowest Shoppes is located at 3286 Villa Strada Way in the center of the Metrowest submarket.
