NEW YORK CITY-Harbor Group International has signed up its first tenant at 1412 Broadway. Outerstuff has leased 34,000 square feet on the 24-story tower.
Outerstuff will move from its current location at 1370 Broadway within next year to occupy the 18th and 19th floors of the 415,000-square-foot building. Asking rent for the space was $47.50 per square foot. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Norman Bobrow, while Jordan, the landlord, had in-house representation.
