JACKSONVILLE, FL-A joint venture has acquired a senior living facility in High Springs. Senior Management Advisors and Pecan Tree Holdings LLC assumed control over Plantation Oaks Senior Living Residence.
The senior living community, previously known as High Springs Care Center, serves the greater Gainesville area. SMA has plans to complete a $60,000 improvement of 31 studio apartments in the community in two months.
