ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an office building in St. Petersburg. A Maryland-based private investor has sold the 16,000-square-foot office building, which is being fully occupied by BB&T Insurance, for $400,000.
The BB&T Insurance office building, situated at 800 49th St. N., was sold to a limited liability company. Executives from Marcus & Millichap's Williamsburg, Baltimore and Tampa offices represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
