CHICAGO-A venture, including former Chicago Blackhawks' vice president Peter Wirtz, has purchased a retail and apartment property at 4717-4729 N. Lincoln Ave. for $6.1 million. Wirtz's venture has acquired the building from Fencl Properties Inc.'s Tom Fencl.
The building comprises nearly 21,500 square feet of retail space and 22 apartments. Longtime tenants such as Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts & Fitness, Huettenbar and Cafe Selmarie occupy space in the building. Scott Whelan from Conlon Real Estate handled the deal.
