CORAL GABLES, FL-Phase II of 396 Alhambra, a mixed-use office development at the corner of Le Jeune Road and Alhambra Circle, is about to be completed. The 15-story tower will be Phase II of the $140-million development.
RTKL has leased above 14,000 square feet in the new development and will join Citibank there on the ground floor in late May.
