CHICAGO-A joint venture headed by Hines Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. has listed Three First National Plaza, a skyscraper measuring 1.4 million square feet at 70 W. Madison St. for sale. Jackson, Mississippi-based Parkway Properties Inc. has put 233 N. Michigan Ave., a tower measuring 1.1 million square feet in the Illinois Center complex for sale.
