SAN DIEGO-Colliers International has appointed John R. Wertz and Derek Applbaum as vice president and associate vice president, respectively. Wertz will handle the single-tenant net-leased properties sale and sale-leaseback deals through the US, while Applbaum will concentrate on office sales and leasing in the Kearny Mesa and Mission Valley submarkets.
