SAN DIEGO-Santa Barbara-based Yardi Systems, a maker of software for real estate as well as property management industries, has acquired San Diego-based Real Estate Electronic Publishing Co. Inc. (REEPCO). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
RealTown and a national technology training center meant for real estate professional, InternetCrusade, are owned and operated by REEPCO.
