SAN FRANCISCO-Copart Inc. is planning to relocate its head offices from Fairfield to Dallas. On Jan. 3, the company sold its headquarters building measuring 100,000 square feet in Fairfield to California-based Partnership HealthPlan for $16.5 million.
Partnership HealthPlan has agreed to lease the building to Copart for the moment. Copart will move certain corporate functions to Grand Prairie, TX and Hartford, CT, and the headquarters to Dallas. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
