ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. has inked a lease deal for 10 years for an office and laboratory space measuring 280,927 square feet in Irvine. The lease deal for three towers in the Irvine Spectrum is a 95,000-square-foot expansion for Bio-Rad.
The Bio-Rad deal also includes a lease renewal for its 186,000-square-foot Irvine office at 9500 Jeronimo Road in the Jeronimo Business Park. Cresa Partners negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
