HOUSTON-Commercial Brokerage has closed the purchase of an office warehouse on behalf of Houston Development Group, the buyer. The group has bought the office warehouse measuring 9,310 square feet at 13519 Sundale Road in Houston.
The company has purchased the warehouse, which sits on 2 acres of land, from Gary Henry. In the transaction, the buyer was represented by Tom Condon Jr. from Commercial Brokerage, and the seller was represented by Preston Yaggi from National Realty Group.
