HOUSTON-McShane Development Co. has signed two lease deals in its medical office buildings that were completed recently in the Houston area. The OakBend Medical Group has leased 6,000 square feet in McShane's OakBend Doctors Center-Grand Parkway, a 60,000-square-foot building in Richmond, to house its Emergency Department.
HealthQuest Pharmacy, another tenant, has leased a suite at McShane's OakBend Doctors Center-Southwest Freeway situated on the OakBend Medical Center's hospital campus in Richmond. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
