HOUSTON-Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of an apartment complex in Houston. Mosaic Residential has acquired Mediterra at Westchase, a 312-unit apartment complex measuring 250,014 square feet at 3131 Hayes Road, from Miami-based Alterra Capital Group.
The property, built in 1980, comprises 21 two-story buildings on 10.5 acres. Jeffrey Fript and Matthew Kesterson with Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
