ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Owen Group Inc. has purchased an office building measuring 35,000 square feet at 35 Tesla in the Irvine Spectrum. The firm has bought the building from GE Capital for $6.3 million or about $180 per square foot.
Teslaco of Irvine-based Optimum Power Conversion Inc. will remain as a tenant in the building. Owen is planning to make tenant improvements before relocating to the building.
