
ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Stoneridge Capital Partners of Newport Beach has modified its name to MIG Real Estate and added some new properties to its commercial property portfolio. The company has acquired Vista Commons, a retail center measuring 99,000 square feet, in Las Vegas.
Stoneridge has also purchased two offices totaling 138,000 square feet in La Jolla. Terms of the deals were not revealed. The company has acquired commercial properties valued at $250 million since mid-2009.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
