HOUSTON-Wells Core Office Income REIT, an investment program of Norcross, Georgia-based Wells Real Estate Funds, has acquired the Westway One building from an associate of Behringer Harvard. The three-story office building, which measures 143,961 square feet, is located at 11210 Equity Drive.
