NEW YORK CITY-Avenues Education has recently leased a building measuring 240,000 square feet at 259 10th Avenue. The building, situated between 25th and 26th streets, was previously used by Disney as its Chelsea warehouse.
The leased building will undergo a $50-million improvement before the class begins in 2012. Stephen Siegel, Glenn Isaacson and David Maurer-Hollaender with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
