NEW YORK CITY-A vacant four-story townhouse site, located between Second and Third Avenues, is up for sale. The development site could be turned into a 16-story building depending on the buyer.
Robert Knakal of Massey Knakal and David Schechtman of Eastern Consolidated are marketing the site on behalf of Hirschfeld Properties, the owner. The asking price for the site is set at $5.5 million. According to Knakal and Schechtman, the buyer would not need special approval to construct a 16-story tower. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
