LOS ANGELES-Pierpoint Pacific, an office building in Santa Monica, is about to be filled. GK Films has signed a lease for 10 years with Realty Bancorp Equities, the landlord, for 28,350 square feet on the three-story building situated across Second Street from Santa Monica Place.
