NEW YORK CITY-Todd English, a celebrity restaurateur, is opening a new two-story eatery, known as Cross Bar, at the Limelight, the former drug-and-disco club that has been changed into the Limelight Marketplace. The new 4,000-square-foot pork specialty eatery will be opened next month at 656 Avenue of Americas situated between West 20th and West 21st streets.
