NEW YORK CITY-The Trans World Airlines Flight Center at John F. Kennedy International Airport could be turned into a boutique hotel. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking developers to transform the vacant terminal into a high-end hotel.

The terminal was closed in 2001, and a new JetBlue Airways facility was built around the center. The agency is now looking for a developer to construct a small hotel between the new JetBlue building and the old TWA terminal. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
