NEW YORK CITY-A British tabloid newspaper, the Daily Mail is opening its first New York office. The publication has inked a lease for four years with Zar Properties for 5,200 square feet of space at 42 Greene St. situated between Broome and Grand streets.

The asking rent was $45 per square foot. In the lease transaction, Jamie Addeo with CresaPartners represented the tenant, while Dario Zar and David represented the landlord in-house. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
