NEW YORK CITY-Philadelphia-based Denim Habit has leased 2,250 square feet and 1,800 square feet on the ground floor and the basement, respectively, at 344 W. 14th St., just east of Ninth Avenue. Real Estate Equities owns the retail building along with the Mobil car wash.
