NEW YORK CITY-Hines Interests has partnered with the landowner of 1045 Ave. of the Americas, Pacolet Milliken Enterprises. Pacolet Milliken Enterprises has taken control of a full block situated between West 39th and West 40th streets.

Pacolet Milliken is working along with Hines Interests to develop more than 400,000 square feet of rentable space. In December, the owners Springs Mills Building located at 104 W. 40th St. sold transferable air rights for a 65,085-square-foot space for $12.2 million to Pacolet Milliken.
