DUBLIN, CA-Loja Real Estate LLC has sold of Shops at Waterford in Dublin, CA to an entity managed by American Realty Advisors. An unidentified source not involved in the deal tells GlobeSt.com that it traded hands for approximately $50 million, however Colliers International, who brokered the deal along with Eastdil Secured couldn’t confirm or disclose anything on price at this time.

Loja acquired the Shops at Waterford only a year ago for what the unidentified source says was $43.8 million. The Shops at Waterford is a 125,670-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, anchored by Safeway and also occupied by a variety of local stores, chain stores and restaurants. The property is located on the northwest corner of Tassajara Road and Dublin Blvd. in Dublin, CA. According to a prepared statement, the Shops at Waterford “holds a very strong position within the local market area.”
