PHILADELPHIA-Wainco, the developer of Williamstown Square, had proposed a retail center measuring 300,000 square feet on the Black Horse Pike. The Gloucester County Times report shows that the Monroe Township Council has approved the developers' proposal for a retail center.
The township council has reached redevelopment and finance agreements with the developer to get the project going.
