DALLAS-A fitness chain based in Atlanta, Just Fitness 4 U has leased four locations totaling over 90,000 square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
The fitness chain is planning to operate 20 more facilities throughout North Texas. The Weitzman Group's Commercial Retail Division is representing the fitness chain in its expansion. The four deals include a 20,765-square-foot lease in Casa Linda Plaza, a 17,373-square-foot lease in Hebron Heights, a 20,000-square-foot lease in Mayfair Village and a 33,890-square-foot building in Mesquite.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
