RALEIGH, NC-Harrington Street Associates of Raleigh has tapped Kennedy Wilson as auction firm to sell its lingering 14 high-end residential condominiums of the Quorum Center building in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The Quorum Center units' inventory closeout auction is slated for March 20, 2011, with starting bidding prices ranging between $120,000 and $325,000.
