MESA, AZ-Marcus & Millichap has declared that it has negotiated the sale of a 6,483-square-foot single-tenant building, which is called as P.F. Chang's Ground Lease.
David A. Guido, regional manager of Marcush & Millichap's Phoenix office, said that the building located at US 60 and Superstition Springs Boulevard sold for $2,050,000.
