FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Commercial Florida Realty Services has closed a new lease deal in Fort Lauderdale. McCalla Raymer, LLC, an Atlanta-based law firm, has expanded its operations in the South Florida market.
The law firm has leased 15,298 square feet of space at the 110 Tower situated in downtown Fort Lauderdale from Genesis Capital Partners XI, Ltd. In the lease transaction, Peter D.
