PHOENIX-Menlo DevCo LLC has obtained a FHA/HUD loan of $8.2 million to construct a rehabilitation center consisting of 32 beds in Gilbert. Dennis Cunningham of Wellsprings Therapy Center has said that the new center would bring nearly 140 jobs to Arizona.
Rimrock Construction LLC has started constructing the facility situated near Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
