WASHINGTON, DC-Monument Realty and New York-based Angelo, Gordon & Co. have completed the acquisition of 2055 L St. NW, also generally recognized as the Midtown Building, from Verizon Communications Inc. The property was closed in December.
Monument Realty and its investment partner have taken ownership of the 103,000-square-foot office space on the top three floors and the 2,700-square-foot retail space on the ground floor.
