
NEW YORK CITY-Mortgage rates continued to rise this week. According to Freddie Mac, the average value for 30-year fixed-rate loans has increased to 5.05% from 4.81% last week, and the average value for 15-year fixed-rate mortgages has climbed up from 4.08% to 4.29%.
Along with fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages have also increased. The average value for a one-year adjustable-rate loan has climbed to 3.35%.For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal.
