OAKLAND, FL-The redevelopment deal of the former Army Base spanning 303 acres in Oakland is likely to be closed this year, according to an Oakland port officer.

A joint venture between AMB Property Corp. and Oakland builder, Phil Tagami is one among the development groups being considered by the officials of City of Oakland and the port.
