WICHITA, KS-Restaurant Management Co. of Wichita Inc., a Pizza Hut franchisee, has acquired a 17,000-square-foot building located at 7700 E. Polo, Wichita, from State Farm Insurance.
Restaurant Management Co. plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to the former State Farm location from the Feist Building at 3020 N. Cypress where it leased 12,000 square feet.
